A background check is required of ALL volunteers (18 and older) who work with children and youth at Cape Fear Presbyterian Church. The company providing this service is Protect My Ministry. The process is entirely online. You must complete the application before you volunteer with children and youth.

Here is the secure link to the application for the background check. After completing it, you will be directed to our child protection policy to read and sign electronically. You will also receive an email with a link to take an online child safety training course, which is approximately 45 minutes long.
